Henry Milker Makeover

New Lids Top Off the Milker

I will admit, it doesn't take much to get the Henry family excited out on the Red Fence Farm in Palmer, Alaska but have to tell you, the excitement level was running above normal when the brand new Henry Milker lids arrived today! Over 1 year of discussions, design, prototype development, finding an engineer, a mold maker and a manufacturer. The very first milkers were shipped out today with the new plastic lids.

  1. So, how do those of us who already purchased a milker get the new lids?

  2. And if you put them in the dishwasher and they fall onto the bottom rack, will they melt? Most likely they will just like the ones you buy at Walmart for your canning jars.

  4. This is such an improvement! I was wondering if you plan to offer a foot pump rather than just a hand pump in the future? When I had goats, I really liked this idea, but I can't use the hand vacuum pump and thought a foot powered one would be great!

  5. We do have one still in development. Many people like the idea of a foot pump.
